Badge in the form of a Polish crowned eagle surrounded by a laurel leaf crown. On the breast of the eagle is a shield with the coat of arms of Lithuania. On the side the date 1569 and inscription “Wolni z Wolnymi, Równi z Równymi”.
Badge made to commemorate the Union of Lublin, which combined Poland and Lithuania into a single state in the form of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, making it one of the largest countries in Europe. Badge made at the beginning of the 20th century on one of the anniversaries.
