pre-WW2 Polish Rogatywka Hat Officer’s Bullion Thread Braid

A Polish silver-colored officer’s braid for a cap from the interwar period.

The galloon is a braided band that is woven entirely of threads and coated with silver thread. The braid on the cap was a reference to military rank, just like tabs or shoulder boards on a uniform.
