A patriotic gorget made in Italy for the needs of the 2nd Polish Corps of General Anders. On the obverse, Our Lady of Częstochowa surrounded by patriotic decorations in the form of Polish banners and eagles.
On the reverse five important places of worship of Christian Europe (S. Maria Magg, Roma, Lourdes, Loreto, Jasna Góra Częstochowa, Fatima).
