Rectangle khaki cloth patch. On the orange round shield, framed by a black border, a hussar helmet and hussar’s wings are inscribed. Wing’s feathers separated by a silver bullion thread.

This badge was worn on the left shoulder of the uniform jacket as the symbol of the 1st Polish Armored Division, called “Squirrel” by British soldiers.

  Private luxury version, worn mainly by officers of the 1st Polish Armored Division “Black Devils” of General Maczek. Unworn example in near mint condition.
