Polish eagle cap badge depicting an eagle with spread wings sitting on an amazon shield). The head is topped with a closed crown. Khaki background. Good used condition as in photographs.
Unusual variant possibly made in the Middle East or Italy, a similar example of the eagle is mentioned in the book by Tomasz Zawistowski. “Orły do czapek w 2. Korpusie Polskim” on page 157, illustration 256.
