The set includes seven documents from the paratrooper of the 1st Independent Parachute Brigade, belonging to Antoni Tokarski. The group includes documents such as a Legitimation Card for the Polish Paratrooper Badge (Gapa), a certificate of the NCO School in the Parachute Reserve Center, a military certificate of completion of service, a certificate of completion of the Merchant Gymnasium of the First Armored Division, and a private letter written by Mr. Tokarski.

The 1st Independent Parachute Brigade was one of the elite units of the Polish Armed Forces in the West..

Established with the intention of dropping it on the territory of Poland and carrying out an armed uprising as a regular Polish Army formed in exile. Eventually, the unit was used for combat purposes by the Allies in Operation Market Garden.
