pre-WW2 Polish Patriotic Silver Ring

 Pre-WW2 Polish silver patriotic ring. To the side two crossed swords, the front with and applied crowned Polish eagle. The red background of the eagle is partly missing. 

 The swords to the side may reference the Center of Infantry Training School in Poland.
