Round decoration, obverse in the form of an state wz.27 crowned eagle in the middle, surrounded by a laurel leaf crown. Around the edge, an inscription (For many years of service)

Reverse of the award with convex Roman X. Amaranth ribbon with two vertical white stripes.

The decoration comes with the original paper sachet, on the obverse there is a drawing of the decoration for 10 years of service.

 Medal for 10 years of impeccable service in the Polish Army, offices and the Police.
