The Polish Red Cross operated within the structures of the Polish Armed Forces in the West in the role of medical and sanitary units. These units were few in number, and awards of this type — especially to female recipients — are considered exceptionally rare.
An outstanding and highly attractive group preserved in fantastic condition. Overall condition consistent with the photographs shown.
