A rare badge – beret pennant of the 5th Kresy Signals Battalion, part of the 2nd Polish Corps under General Anders.

The badge is a stylized pennant featuring two lightning bolts, symbolizing communications, and a European bison on the left, representing the 5th Kresy Infantry Division.

The reverse is smooth and marked “ALP” (indicating alpacca/nickel silver). It has a threaded post with a screw-back nut, stamped with the maker’s mark F.M. Lorioli.

Condition: Good, as shown in the photos, with a natural patina.
