 A rectangular patch in the form of a crowned Polish eagle sitting on a laurel crown, inside the crown the flags of Poland, United States of America and Canada. Khaki background. 

Patch issued to volunteers of the Polish Army which came from Belgium, these were mainly Polish pre-war immigrants. Fine genuine example. Production attributed to Great Britain.
