 A World War Two Polish Dog Tag. A privately made example, originally worn on a chain as a bracelet. This dog tag belonged to senior sergeant Piotr Cyganek, soldier of the 8th Battalion of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division, awarded the Cross of Valour.

 Dog tag in the form of a silver ellipse, Engraved in the center details of the soldier “Cyganek Piotr, Sułkowice, R.ur.1904, Nr.Ew 12/111, Kr.A”. In the background an engraved stylized Polish crowned eagle. To the sides letters AP – Armia Polska (Polska Armia).
