Description
A World War Two captured German buckle used by the Polish Underground. Aluminum buckle of Wehrmacht units with the inscription “Gott Mit Uns”. The buckle has a hand-made aluminum eagle in a crown sitting on the shield of the Amazons, attached with rivets to the front.
These types of buckles were used by the Polish Underground during Operation Tempest, including the Warsaw Uprising. Good condition as in the photos.
