 An legitimation card authorizing to wear a commemorative badge of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division. Issued to Corporal Aleksandra Kurylas, born in 1912 from the 5th Carpathian Rifle Battalion. Decorated with the Cross of Valor.1

  On the front side there is a picture of the badge of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division on a blue and yellow shield in the colors of infantry. On the back side there is a picture of a symbol of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division in the form of a Christmas tree on a white and red background. Inside, there is a graphic decoration with the letters DSK, surrounded by a wreath with the names of the most important battles in which the unit fought; Bologna, Apennines, Ancona, Adriatic, M. Cassino, Tobruk.

  Inside, the date of issue of the badge (19th December 1945), the seal of the Headquarters of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division and the facsimile of the signature of the commander of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division, General Duch.
