A set of memorabilia belonging to Józef Langhammer, an architect born on December 15, 1908, in Skierniewice. He was a prisoner of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp (Prisoner number 127763), Buchenwald Concentration Camp, and Mittelbau. After the war, he served as a soldier in the Polish Guard Companies. The set consists of:

Polish wz.19 Eagle Cap Badge
Guard Company Badge nNumber 240
Guard Company Metal Badge for the sleeve (86/84)
Number from the Concentration Camp Uniform (127763)
Two enamel rank bars from the uniform
A very rare element of this set is the Guard Company Badge from the first issue with the very low number 240!

The entire set is contained in a wooden cigar box, with the initials JL and a heraldic shield with a hammer on the lid. This set has a beautiful historical context, belonging to a man who survived the hell of German concentration camps.
