Polish Cross of Valour produced for the Polish Armed Forces in the West. This version, made of bronze, was likely manufactured in the United Kingdom by Spink & Son between 1942 and 1945, and features the original ribbon. It is listed as version 21 in Grzegorz Krogulec’s book “Krzyż Walecznych.”

The Polish Cross of Valour was awarded for acts of bravery on the battlefield. The decoration is shaped like a cross, with a crowned Polish eagle with outstretched wings at the center. The arms bear the inscription “Na Polu Chwały 1920” (“On the Field of Glory 1920”).The reverse side features a sword and laurel wreath with the inscription “Walecznym” (“To the Valiant”).
