Description
A round medal, made of white soft metal alloy, on the obverse of the medal there is the symbol of the Polish Air Force (chessboard), around the rim a laurel wreath.
On the reverse of the medal in the middle, an inscription in three lines (POLSKA SWEMU OBROŃCY) in English – Poland for its Defender, surrounded by a laurel wreath.
Blue ribbon with vertical white stripes on both sides.
