A pre-World War Two wz.23 / 31 Polish steel soldier’s canteen, produced by Silesia Ironworks in Rybnik. Cauldron signed from the bottom “Silesia 1939”, also a visible acceptance mark of the Ministry of Military Affairs Int 44. Frying pan also by Silesia but dated 1937. The partially preserved green Polish paint is visible on the entire surface.

There are minor holes at the bottom of the cauldron. Condition as in the photos. Along with the mess tin, we add a free belt that is hard to authenticate – it may be pre-war, it may be post-war, it does not have any signatures.
