Pre-World War Two period Polish War Navy eagle cap badge. Made in Warsaw by H.Skarnik & M.Fiszbein for the Polish Navy. 

White metal badge depicting a crowned eagle with spread wings sitting on an amazon shield, the amazon shield covered with blue lacquer and applied brass anchor. Reverse with crudely attached threaded post (period replacement). Eagle cap badge used by other ranks of the Polish Navy. Condition as on photographs.
