A miniature Polish patriotic gorget, worn around the neck. Made out of solid silver (800). Hallmarked for Wilno (Letter V), goldsmith SM.
Gorget in the form of a shield with a spread, crowned, Polish eagle, on the eagle’s breast the Virgin Mary of Częstochowa.
Smooth reverse with visible hallmarks.Size of the gorget – 20mm x 16mm. The chain is broken and tangled up.
