A government-commissioned Cross of Valor awarded for acts of bravery during the Polish-Soviet War of 1919-21. Numbered 35350. The ring on the ribbon joined with a tongue-and-groove joint.
The Polish Cross of Valor was awarded for bravery on the battlefield. The award is in the shape of a cross, with a Polish eagle in a crown with outspread wings in the center. The arms bear the inscription “Na Polu Chwały 1920” (On the Field of Glory).
The reverse features a sword and laurel wreath with the inscription “Walecznym” (To the Brave). The upper arm is stamped with the number “35350”.
