A pre-WW2 Polish Commemorative bronze rectanglar plaque, on the obverse in the upper part of the plaque, the left profile of Marshal Józef Piłsudski inscribed in a circle is visible, reminiscent of the medal on the 10th anniversary of Regaining Independence.

Below, a text by Wacław Sieroszewski, (The Resurrection of the Polish State, founder and commander of the Polish Army, Marshal Józef Piłsudski). The designer’s signature (J. Aumiller) is visible in the lower right corner, the mint mark and the signature of Wacław Sieroszewski are stamped in the lower left corner. The reverse of the plaque is smooth with a visible buckle and a support.
