Description
Polish breast badge of the Lithuanian-Belarusian front, made in solid silver and enamel, a luxury version for officers.
A two-part badge in the form of a black enamelled cross, in the central part of the badge there is an crowned eagle, made with great attention to detail, on the eagle’s chest there is a red enameled coat of arms with a Loreto cross (Lithuania), the coat of arms of the Jagiellon Dynasty.
Reverse of the eagle and cross with visible light counter-relief, also showing two mounting rivets, a threaded post. Condition as shown in photos.
