pre-WW2 Polish Commemorative Badge “Bene Merentibus” (Well-deserved) 2nd class of the Polish Military Purchases Mission in France. On the obverse of the badge there is an eagle without a crown, with outstretched wings upwards. On the shoulders of the badge, around the edge, an inscription from the upper arm, (POLONIAE BENE MERENTIBUS, PARISIORUM, LUTETIA, A.D MCM XX).
The reverse of the badge is concave with a visible light counter, a fastening post visible in the center. At the bottom of the badge, the number 324 is stamped. Round nut, smooth, between the badge and the nut, there is a washer with the inscription (Polish Military Purchase Mission)
