Breast badge of the Polish Guard Companies in occupied Germany. Designed by Eugeniusz Pietraszewski. Badge in the form of stylised wings, in the center yellow letters “GCTC” standing for Guard’s Civilian Training Centre. Below stripes and star of the United States.
Badge made for the Polish Guard Companies under the US command in occupied Germany. Scarce aluminium version with a visible die matrix and made of aluminium. Good condition as on photographs.
