A post WW2 Polish Airborne Veteran Association in Scotland members patch. Worn by veterans of the 1st Polish Independent Parachute Brigade and former SOE “Cichociemny” agents. These were usually worn by veterans on blazers, on their pockets.
Patch in the form of a gray shield with a red and white border. In the centre a parachute canopy, to the sides Scottish thistles, in the foreground a Polish Paratrooper Combat Badge. Above inscription “Polish Airborne Veterans Association”.
