A patch in the form of the 3rd Silesian Lancers Regimental badge. Made with bullion thread, it depicts a badge in the form of a golden laurel wreath around the dates 1807, 1831, 1917, 1918. In the center of the wreath, there is a yellow and white field with the letter “U” and the number “3” (3 Uhlans) in the middle.  Patches of this type were worn by veterans on the pocket of their jackets, following British custom. Condition as shown in the photos. A rare item.The 3rd Silesian Lancers Regiment was part of the 14th Greater Poland Armored Brigade, 2nd Polish Corps under General Anders.
