A Polish Commemorative Cross of the 1st Polish Armored Division issued in 1986 to private Józef Momont of the Headquarters of the 1st Polish Armored Division.

Born on 6th November 1921 in Swiezac. Imprisoned by Nazi Germans in March 1941 firstly in the Lublin Castle. Deported to Auschwitz Concentration Camp (Inmate 14864), transferred to Flossenburg. Liberated by the Allies and joined the 1st Polish Armored Division. Active member of the Australian Polonia.

The set consists of the 1st Polish Armored Division Cross with miniature (most likely made by Mieczysław Białkiewicz in London). Legitimation card number 349 issued in 1986 in London. Two miniature veteran insignia badges of the 1st Polish Armored Division. Miniature Polish badge of former Concentration Camp Polish Political prisoners and a patch from a Concentration Camp Inmates Rally in Tarnów 1980.

Interesting set, rarely seen cross with legitimation card.
