Solid Silver table spoon, fork and knife handle. Made in Warsaw by P.O in the years 1921-1931. Used condition as in photographs. Length circa; of spoon: 21.8cm, fork: 21.9cm, knife handle: 10.5cm. Total Weight: 198.5 grams.
Engraved with the Polish coat of arms Pilawa of the Count Potocki Family. One of the most powerful Polish-Lithuanian families. Engraved with their motto “Scutum opponebat scuto” (Latin for “Shield opposing shield”; literally “He opposed shield to shield”). Original period engraving.
