A patriotic brooch from the second half of the 19th century, made around 1860-1864 during the period of Patriotic Demonstrations, National Mourning, or the January Uprising.

The brooch is in the form of an oval belt fastened with a buckle, with a Polish crowned eagle in the center. The inscription “God Save Poland” is written on the belt. The reverse has a horizontal pin. The brooch is made of brass, with visible remnants of silvering. Condition is good as shown in the photos.
